By choosing this service, you are acknowledging Bloom Hair Studio’s Model Consent Form.* The Model Partial Foil Package includes: foiling needed to achieve your hair goals in the hairline, where you part your hair, and crown of the head. It also includes toner to adjust your natural hairs lift where needed, and a round brush blowdry. Curling is an additional charge and can be found as an add-on service in the model menu.
