CANCELLATION POLICY

*TEXT (856)888-9467 TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL APPOINTMENTS. No other forms of communication will be accepted to cancel or reschedule.* We do not monitor emails or personal phone numbers. If you contact through email or personal phone number, IT WILL NOT BE SEEN.* *Your appointments are very important to Bloom Hair Studio. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require a 2 days notice for CHANGES and cancellations (ex: if your appointment is on a Friday, you must let Bloom know BEFORE Wednesday.). If you cancel or CHANGE your appointment 2 days in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. 1 day prior you will be charged 85% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations, changes, and no shows/lateness longer than allowed by policy will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Bloom Hair Studio. *Deposits are required from new clients, extensive color services, and extension services to schedule an appointment. They are non-refundable, but are transferable(outside of the salon cancellation policies) and DO go towards the price of your service at the time of appointment. *Bloom has a 10 minute lateness window. If you do not contact us prior to your appointment start time and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. *Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. *We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer a 7 day “adjustment” window. *Reminder Text As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee. *No Additional Guests, Animals, or Children For the safety and comfort of our guests and sanitation of our salon, Bloom Hair Studio does not allow children, animals, or additional guests without an appointment at the salon. *It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist nor of Bloom Hair Studio. *Bloom Hair Studio & all its employees are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items while receiving services. We utilize color and chemicals that may discolor or damage clothing if they come in contact with those products.
