CANCELLATION POLICY
*TEXT (856)444-0579 TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL APPOINTMENTS. No other forms of communication will be accepted to cancel or reschedule.* We do not monitor emails. If you contact through email, IT WILL NOT BE SEEN.* *Your appointments are very important to Bloom Hair Studio. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 48 hours notice for CHANGES and cancellations. If you cancel or CHANGE your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. 24 hour cancellations, changes, and no shows/lateness longer than allowed by policy will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Bloom Hair Studio. *Deposits are required from new clients, extensive color services, and extension services to schedule an appointment. They are non-refundable, but are transferable and DO go towards the price of your service at the time of appointment. *Bloom has a 10 minute lateness window. If you do not contact us prior to your appointment start time and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. *Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. *We do not offer refunds of any kind. We offer a 7 day “adjustment” window.
